Control arms showed up.
They measure them by the body. The 15.5" ones are correct.
Swapped them out. Everything went smooth.
I used @BurnoutsandRotorblades video as a guide.
If you can take a stock rear out and replace it, this isn't much more. Just make sure the angle is right. Which is easy with the double adjustable arms.

Any chance you can measure the length of where you adjusted both uppers and lowers?
I'll be installing an 8.8 over the weekend with the trick chassis kit and it would be good to have a starting point.
For me, with the correct lowers, they were 18.5" center of hole to center of hole.
The uppers will depend on which hole in the bracket that you use. Getting the correct angle will pretty much dictate the length of the uppers. Get a magnetic base angle finder from harbor freight. That and a tape measure. Follow the video.
I still have some other things I'm working on under the car. So I only have my settings close for now. I will come back and really fine tune everything and get it set right.

For those of you that have done the swap, what method of welding is acceptable to shorten axle tubes, install coil/shock/control arm mounts? Is this MIG or stick only, or could it be done with flux core?
YouTube is your friend with this. Take the time to get the two surfaces of tube touching all the way around, bevel both edges 30 degrees or so and don’t be cheap with the heat. Personally, I wouldn’t do it with a 110 welder (which rules out flux core). But you could always ‘wrap’ your cut area with a piece of axle tube that you cut out if your concerned about the weld integrity.
I have been putting many miles on my Crown Vic swap. I just recently swapped the gears from 3.31 to 3.73s now that I have an over drive transmission.
I did a 2000 cobra r 8.8 swap with the trick chassis kit. I got most of the add-ons, double adjustable uppers and lowers with brackets, spring perches, spherical bearings, 1330 conversion joint, and all the hardware
UMI 2 inch drop springs and bilstein shocks all round

I seen a lot of people say the 99-04 rear end would be too long and to use the fox 8.8 since it’s a closer length to the stock 7.5 but honestly the fitment came out pretty damn good for these 18x9.5
Not sure of offset or anything I pulled the rear from my wrecked foxbody
I also did a 2002 blazer dual piston brake upgrade for the front
