Rear disc swap issues

D154 in and of itself could mean more than 1 thing. For example:


If the stock caliper piston was 2.5" then a stock piston has an area of 4.9 sq/in. OP replaced that with calipers with an area of 4.12 sq/in and thus downgraded.
Not necessarily, also have to factor in area of the pad engagement into the equation.
Basically 1 point of contact vs 2/3/4etc per pad which gives a more even pad force.

Definitely try swapping calipers front to rear.

Next step would be bias valve, after that might find some 12" disc up front.. common is C5 12.9(13") fronts which need 17"
