80 Caballero Frame

I am currently working on my girlfriends 80 Caballero and noticed that the frame has some pretty bad rust issues. we have got and 80 lemans donor car and i was curious if anyone out there knows how much work or if at all possible it is to use the lemans frame on the caballero.

Caballero's frame is longer and the rear rails are different than the Lemans. Not gonna work.
