I know there is a little bit of purple in that. 😉

For the most part, you are correct! Little more metallic/pearl in it.


Here is there last coat of clear. It was a long 16 hour day, but it is painted. I still need to sand and buff, and I am sure I'll have to touch up the door jambs, but the color is on and the bodywork is awesome.

Jim that looks friggin awesome, gives me an idea of how the cutlass will look when painted (ina month i hope) since the color is similar.

As Donovan put it, mine is in paint purgatory lol! Friggin sitting outside with a cover and tarp over it while my body/paint guy does some quick flips....we are waiting on this damn booth to get finished and it feels like forever!
Great minds in design and color think alike! I've wanted the cutlass metallic gray with black trim for along time....obviously the trim was powdercoated awhile back and it's safely stored away until ready for assembly!
I was told the 1st week of march, but we shall see (fingers crossed).

Get you some rest man, or at least try to, you deserve it!!!
