81 cutlass 455 swap i could use some help

Get those headers..I had them on 79 Cutlass and they fit well. Pay for the shipping even. sounds like a great deal. I paid over $400.00 for the headers 10 years ago.

But as I mentioned in an earlier post, I REALLY don't want to fool with shipping them.

Years ago when I built my 455 '84 Cutlass I used Hooker 3201 headers from my A body 70 Cutlass. I had to move a couple of tubes, cut a little off the bottom edge of the lower control arms, ding them a little here and there but they eventually fit and the car ran 10's so I didn't maul them that bad! I agree though if you can buy a set ready to bolt up that'll be easier in the end.

You just get his zip code stop off at ye ol UPS and get the price of shipping. Then have him include that with the cost of the headers and don't ship it until you receive the money. Problem solved. 8)
