Sweet ride! Those aren't chrome soft 8's. They are either Weld Drag Lites or a knockoff variant of them. Just look up drag lite wheels.
FWIW, there are several G body groups here in Ontario on Facebook. You could make a post, to see if you can find anything locally.
You could just put a bigger tire on the 6" rim. Something like a 205-215/70 would have a fatter sidewall. Those look like a 60 series.
Look up “Pacer 531p” wheels. Those look like Weld Drag Lite wheels, but there’s many knock-offs.
