81 monte window motor problems

my monte carlo window stopped going up not that long ago. i went to the part store got a new motor. when i came home to take my door panel off it looked a little more difficult the i had thought. i read the instructions and it said with a picture diagram drill a hole to get to a bolt. the only problem with that is i never got the diagram.

please help i have no idea at all how to get the motor out and its really cold driving with the window down all the time.

thank you this looks like it is just what i needed. ill be working on it within the next couple of days. i will be posting how it goes.

thanks the link helped me out a lot. it was really simple once i drilled the holes out. it was just unbolt it then put the new one in the same way the old one came out.
