I dont think so. I have seen and heard of it though. It was something I was thinking about. Does it have to be patched in?
I would do it. The wheel openings are very different, and the Monte doors and fenders have the raised area. It would involve 1/4 panel sectioning. “I “ would also install the El Camino/Malibu wheel arch on the front fenders, I think they’re flare is nicer than the Monte’s. Do what you want of course, just suggesting what I feel would make the car look right. But then I turned my Elco into a TOTALLY CUSTOM STATION WAGON. El Camino 300 in the build threads .

Welcome aboard!
Cool looking Elky. Thanks for sharing the progress pics. I was surprised to see the 3-deuce setup on it and the louvered hood. Definitely some old school touches.

Thanks. I liked that look a lot but it had some pretty bad dents in it around the holes for the deuces. I ended up tossing it and giving the 3 deuce set up to a friend of mine who has helped a bunch. The monte front is just better for me.

You did what you had to do. It still looks cool.

I picked up an 17x11.5 with a 5.3 backspace for my brothers WS6. Turns out it wont work on his car. Does anyone know if this would work with a notch on a G body?

The widest I've heard of on a G body is 10" but I haven't looked into a frame notch or anything. With my 15x8 4.5" back space pontiac wheels and the stock axle they were close but didn't touch anything.

I just tried mounting it and it comes out too far. Not gonna work. But it seems like the 18x10 is going to work with a notch though. I really want to use 2 of these 4 cause I got them for so cheap and I dont want to pay $3.1k for some rims l, which is what a set of these sizes would run right now.

Welcome! Looks like a great project. FYI, I've got 18x9.5" in the rear without a notched frame. But the previous owner did trim the inside of the wheel openings for additional clearance.
