Yesterday, I drove my Malibu cross town and back. The horn was mute, all day. I kept pressing the horn "ring". Today ii is loud and too clear. Please, someone help figure this out. Does the relay know that it is colder, the days it works? Hellllllllllp!

you need to start checking the wiring to see where the problem is....
