Ok, guys I have a problem here. I have an 83 H/O and it sags on the left front corner. The right front sits a little more than an inch higher than the left side.
So we replaced the left coil spring with the factory replacement Moog coil spring and replaced the semi worn shock with a Monroe gasmatic shock. Bolted everything back up...let the car back down and it still sits lower than the right side. Even after 30 minutes of highway driving and it being parked overnight in my garage, it still sits an inch lower than the right side.
I was wondering did the H/O and the Monte Carlo SS have a spacer on them to make them sit an inch higher because of the front air dam? If not...what else could be the problem? Could a spacer inserted between the spring raise it up the additional inch to make the car sit level be the solution and how would this affect the ride???
