i hate seeing a sad sight like that, i dont have the heart to send any car of mine to a wrecking yard or to someone whos intentions are not good. its almost as bad as that putts on youtube who went mudding in a really really really clean 84 hurst olds. I wish i had the space, id love to have an "old car rest home" where they wouldnt be left to rust away.

i was just curious and googeled white g body hurst olds and i find these horific pictures 🙁 terribly sad, on the plus side they are hanging on to them rather than crushing them.... really sad especially since i am pondering trying to find a cheap one to restore

'83 H/0 was black/silver rocker panels. '84 was silver/black. If they made a white one, it is extremely rare, but I don't think any came in white from the factory. The user "88hurstolds" has one, and I asked him if he custom made it or if it was indeed factory but I have heard back.

I know this topic is old, but I got to looking again at the pictures. Does anybody think this is odd? I mean, Olds only made 3001, H/0s in '83 and 3500 in '84. 6501 of these cars and this junk yard has that many??? I'm thinking maybe some of those are clones. How can that yard have that many?

You got the answer right there with the guys username, the 1988 HurstAero cars could be white, 1983-1984s are only availible as you said in the first line, and there were absolutly NO exceptions. As sad as these phots are though... tell me your heart wouldnt jump for joy(if only for a second) at the sight of even one of these cars in your local pull-it yard as complete as these... But to me, the shame of this is not on the junkyard, but on the previous owners. :soapbox: :wtf:

i'am going there tomorrow to see if any all there.i lived 30mins from there.

Do let us know! Better yet, take a camera with you and see if you can at least find some remanants in the dirt! I bet they all went to the crusher when scrap was up!
