84 REGAL CHEVY TH350 SWAP

I have a sbc 350 i'm going to put in my 84 Regal.I read online i need to get a short shaft th350 what other changes do i have to do as far as the trans goes to make it work :?:

I believe the driveshaft should work if a metric 200 trans originally. The other is the cross member (for trans) the metric is a longer mount location options
A) buy correct crossmember (expensive)
B) make a plate that connects the to ( under $10 plus time)

You will need a detent "kick down" cable attachment for throttle and a vacume line for modulator.
