'85 442 Production Numbers

I just got an '85
I know that there was 3,000 made
Mines white with t-tops, and i know thats the rarest color
Just wanted to see what the numbers are.

Unfortunately GM didn't keep track of numbers for options so there is no way of knowing.

I've heard that only 300 or so '85 442's were built in white.
It was only produced in '85, making it the single rarest color combination.
I sure see a lot of blue ones...

I almost bought a white one before I got mine, and that's what the owner told me...seemed like a pretty well informed guy, so I took his word for it.
I'm not a member of that olds forum, although I guess I should be...but I couldn't see what the post said, probably the same thing I just did...

I knew '85 was the only year for white.

The post was another white 85 for sale.
