85 cutlass trim looks dull

Use some of this stuff called Rejuvenate (google it). It's about $15 at Home Depot. Ignore the idiotic directions on the can of applying it without washing the car first, that is BS and you will scratch the sh*t out of your car, common sense will tell you that. Wash your car and dry it, apply Rejuvenate to all your chrome and the spots you say are dull, then wipe it off like wax. Like Blake 442 mentioned, you will not get the window trim to shine like your bumpers and rocker panels without major work. But I was able to make my bumpers and rockers blind you if sun hits them, and make the trim you mention a LOT better than it was when I got the car with less than a half can of Rejuvenate. Try it, you will not be sorry. Just make sure you wash your car thoroughly and dry it before you use the stuff.
