I'm running a 92 camaro condenser with the 105 degree orifice tube a dive had zero issues

Did this move freon fittings to passenger side? Was there any problems fitting. Did you move compressor to passenger side, if so what hoses did you use?
I'm running a 91 tbi fuel injected motor so yes I moved everything over and made the truck hoses modified

Well! Finally got the AC problems with the 85 El Camino corrected. Got some good ideas and ignored most of them. Of course you all were right about several things. I thought I would pass on some things I found out. #1 the high tempature orfice tube was the real problem and may have contributed to the last compressor failure. Everything I've found about this part is its not an advisable part to use. After finishing the system after the first rebuild I still had high head pressure, but it was cooling great until it got high enough to start tripping off. I opened it back up and replaced the orfice tube with another hi-temp one. Same deal. Opened again and replaced orfice tube with a GM white one, head pressure now below 250 psi, low side 30 to 40 and good cooling. Also several suggested putting in a Ford blue orfice tube, but it was just large enough to not go in. So if you want to try that it may not fit. Learn something everyday, although it may be the expensive, hard way. Thanks for any advise you offered.

I've had air flow problems with my a/c ever since I put the GP dash in...I've had it worked on several times, new vaccum switch, new pressure switch....it just won't blow air like it should...I am considering having an under dash unit added in parallel with the stock unit...anyone ever tried that...I live in Florida and I need a good a/c system...very frustrating
