Yea I do that was just my template I made to go by. Never made it to the scrape yard to get some metal before they closed.

I love your enthusiasm. To be honest no heat or AC on a street car sucks but fwiw it does make the engine bay look cleaner. Does that car have factory ralley pack gauges? If so you can hook it back up and save some of your guages money & space for gauges that you may want and don't already have or for other more important upgrades. Generally looks cleaner and more professional instead of hodge podge as well.

One advantage that you have with that car is being a tpi car you already have the benefit of an in-tank fuel pump, hanger sending unit, and maybe a baffle. Cheaper easier quieter and safer than an old school conversion of a gravity fed out of tank electric pump with sump or cell. To use on a carberated car like I did with my 442 you just need a return style fuel pressure regulator, such as the Mallory 4309 available at jegs etc. Have fun.

Well I got some work done that was unexpected lol :( I had to get a new fuel pump it stop working and a bunch trash comes out of it. So I drop the tank to find a rusted out sending unit and a tank full off carp so I will probally clean it up later. and toss it back in and go for a test drive. I got a new carb filter and a inline filter on the frame rails to.

Looking good...I look forward to the progress pics!!! With that S-10 manual steering box, did it bolt right in or did you have to swap out pitman arms??? What year S-10 did you go with???
