Ok so I have a 86 cutlass salon that I have been digging into ripping stuff off that I don't need which includes the smog bs and all the Ac stuff, trying to free up as much room as possible for headers and whatever else... But now that I have taken the Ac and smog pump stuff off I have a horriable squeal from the belt and from what I understand its from the motor being unbalanced... So I was told to swap the sides with the altenator but the thing is I have no idea where to find the bracket I have access to allot of g-body parts but there over 2 hours away so I just wanna know exactly what to look for before I go look... Any help would be much appreciated

A little more info would be helpful here. What engine is in your Cutlass? 305 Chev, or 307 Olds? I've never heard of being able to swap sides with the alternator on an Olds engine. The only way that I know of on the SBC is either using old '60s style accessory brackets (might not work), or going to a serpentine system from a newer SBC. The serpentine setup is well documented elsewhere on this site. I've also never heard of a belt squeal condition from having the accessories "unbalanced". As far as I know, there is no "balanced" condition for belt driven accessories. Are you sure that the belts are in good condition, properly aligned, and the the belt tension is OK? Just my $0.02. Hope this helps.

I'm assuming you have an Olds 307 in which case relocating the alternator to the passenger side should help with your belt squeal problem. IIRC to do that you will need brackets from a small block Olds that came with factory A/C delete, hope this helps.
