besides the lousy head design its the cam that hold these motors back.. you already have the later motor set up for a roller valvetrain.. spend the money on a roller cam (Lots more lift) Im putting my $$$$ thats where a lot of the gains are waiting to be found..

One of these days im going to build a swirl port motor (with 330 heads) toss in a high lift roller and see what happens

If you use 330 heads then it won't be a swirl port engine anymore :wink: .
