87Cut1a55 not a good seller

I have been communicating back and forth with Don R AKA 87Cut1a55 about purchasing all his suspension parts and we struck a deal for everything he had. Saturday i went to the bank to get cashiers check (he did not accept paypal) and told him i was there and got his name for the check and he said he was boxing up all the items and would ship as soon as he got payment. I just got notified today he sold all the items to another person, the other person bought his whole car as well. We had a deal and communicated several times and he knew i had check made from bank and got address to ship it to and everything.

Crappy to sell items out from under a person you had a deal with. Do not buy from 87Cut1a55 BAD SELLER, trying to keep it clean i am very pissed right now.

Unfortunately that is happening more and more, especially on Craigslist. What happened to a man's word being his bond?

I try not to use Carigslist for that reason. I thought a member of thei forum would have more integrity than this.

I have bought from a few others on this forum and all went GREAT V6underpressure was one of them Excellent Seller and ther have been a few others along the way.

Did he agree to refund your money? Have you sent him any money? That was a sneaky, underhanded thing to do, especially that he agreed to sell you the parts. I'd plaster his name all over the forum, and any other forum that he's a member of.

Oh that story gets better, I was suposed to buy the car, we agreed on a price, and a deposit on Friday. I put my cars on here for sale to make room, sold my cadillac and had my olds in line for sale. I had the money order for the deposit in my mailbox and he tells me Sunday AFTER I tell him I got stuff sold that the cars gone... he agreed to hold it till Friday when I would come to get it with the deposit. No honor and a horrible seller in my book. I'm just glad my olds didn't sell

Yeah good thing it didn't sell. I can't believe people would be like this what happened to honor and being a man of your word. I can tell you it is people like this that make it hard to trust others. Sorry to hear about your experience

I cant believe he told me sunday and didnt tell silverfox till tuesday. Im just glad we didnt get the deposits to him faster. I snatched mine out of the mailbox as soon as i read his message. If i hadnt worked all day saturday it would have already been in the mail
