I think the guys that re-skin dashes use it to make the form. Also, isn't it used to create surfboards?

Pimp my ride? I don’t think that was it, but they did some pretty funny (scary) mods! Things like this guy did but more of a hack job when done.
Car Warriors? With George Barris as a judge? They built some real ghetto, hack job cars on that show.
I remember the 78-up ElCamino episode and the teams were calling it a piece of crap.

Yup. It was a pretty poorly executed show, I think it only ran for one or two seasons. It was kind of a shame to see George Barris involved in such a low quality program.

The network probably threw stupid money at old George and made him a deal he couldn't refuse. The show was poorly executed. It was just another dumb *ss reality show.

Halloween haunters use spray foam all the time to make bloody guts or pools or toxic waste. I have even seen Christmas guys use foam as icing trim on fake giant ginger bread house facades.
When I was a kid my dad and I made a train layout out of a 4x8 sheet of plywood and made mountains and tunnels out of spray foam for the trains to go through. It looked pretty cool. I still have the trains, but not sure what happened to the layout.
