this is near where my next project sits, so i went back out to do a little bit of photography. didnt take TOO many, for some reason my inspiration wasnt all there today

Kool! Makes me miss those days of full service...pull in, fill er up and check the oil, tires, clean the windshield..Never understood why they arent around anymore. real shame, if ya ask me....
Nice. I worked at one those places as a teenager - bet some of you other older guys did, too. It was a good job for a kid - working around autos, access to the lifts and tools, making a few bucks for Friday night, learning about responsibility, dealing with the public, and crazy station-owners. and especially cleaning the windows extra clean for the nice looking ladies (mini skirts!).
Nice! There was a cool old abandoned gas station like that around here that stood for a long time. Then the crackheads turned it into a Meth lab and then burned it down 🙁
Nice photos! Neat car, and a great spot to shoot the photos. Hey azmalibuwagon, I know exactly what you're talking about. Its a shame that pretty much all of those places are gone now.
I worked at a full service station one summer...loved the job, but the boss was certified nuts....had to move on.
