Hello Guys, i´m new here.
I come from Germany and drive a 1985 Cutlass 442.
I hope i get some techtips from you.

Even when i start to accelerate, (OD / D / 2 / 1) everything is fine, but after pressing the pedal between 2.000 and 3.000 rpm it´s feel there is no sparks. The car don't move forward because acceleration is lost. When i get away from the pedal everything is fine.

I recognize the same problem when i drive uphill

When i do this in NEUTRAL, there is no problem to increase the rpm over 2.000 or 3.000.
That problem is only in Drivemode.

After checking Check Engine Soon, i got the error code 21 (TPS). I replaced a new and the problem is still there.

I think the problem is located at the Distributor, maybe the Spakmodule or the Vacuum is damaged.

I had replaced the ignition coil too.

Hope to get some help from you.

Thank you for your time.

Hello & welcome from Toronto, Canada.
Could be many things causing this issue.
I would start with the basics. Do a compression test to check for engine mechanical problem. Check for timing chain stretch if the mileage is high. Check for exhaust restriction using a vacuum gauge. Connect gauge to manifold vacuum source. Quickly open throttle. Vacuum should immediately drop to 0 (or near 0) If exhaust is restricted, gauge will not drop below 1-2" of vacuum. Check ignition timing- retarded timing will cause low power/ poor response. Check fuel pump pressure to make sure fuel delivery is OK. Check accelerator pump in carb- remove air cleaner, open throttle with engine off, Should see a nice stream of fuel in carb. throat from accelerator pump. Check for vacuum leaks at carb, intake, vacuum hoses, etc. Check vacuum advance at distributor for proper operation. You didn't say if you had rough idle issue, if so EGR valve could be stuck open.
I would go through the basics before you start replacing parts. If after you have gone through the basics & issue is unresolved, check common wearing tune- up items- plugs, wires, distributor cap & rotor, fuel/ air filters, etc.
I am sure other members will add something I may have missed.
What I am recommending here involves a little bit of work, but I feel you will find something by doing these basic checks. If these checks turn up nothing, then I feel you should start looking at carburetion, ignition, computer controls, etc.
Sometimes these types of driveability issues can be a bear to solve, but if you take your time, be thorough, work methodically in a step- by- step fashion, hopefully you can come up with some answers. You may uncover several small items (for example, you may find several vacuum leaks) that together may cause your issue. You could have more than 1 issue- for example- weak accelerator pump, retarded ignition timing, bad ignition wires, plugged fuel filter, etc.
Be persistent & you should be able to resolve this issue.
There are a lot of knowledgeable people here, this is an excellent resource.
Good luck!
Rod
