hay guys i got a new deck and wired every thing up ...every thing but the accessory wire... can any one tell me what color it is ??? 1980 malibu ....i thought it was yello? im realy confused but please help ..

Yellow should be switched power (accessory and run) and orange should be hot at all times for the memory.
I'm looking at a 1980 Chevy factory manual, all I see is yellow and orange, even with power antenna. Only blue is a light and dark blue for a rear speaker. Unless we are talking about something different.
if the OEM harness was intact you could have picked up an adapter harness from a car stereo shop to match the radio to the car...you could use a test lite to find the accessory lead
