Anybody install any aftermarket floor shifters in a buick regal or cutlass console with pics? I know the top plate may require some fabrication but I would like to see how its done so I can start on my 82 buick regal I'm not sure what shifter I want but its gotta be a TCI Auto shifter for sure the streetfighter or the outlaw?

I have a Hurst V-matic shifter in my Cutlass which is similar to the TCI Streetfighter shifter. The shifter has spacers under it to make it level. I modified a Monte top plate to fit, used rivets to secure console mounts to floor, and done. I can get better pics when I get home if need be.

I have a Grand Prix with a console I would love to put a shifter into... (Just for looks!! It sure isn't for the stock 305 in it... LOL!!)

Had a B&M Megashifter in my Trans Am.. loved the ratcheting thru the gears and the looks. I would just be worried about it not fitting well in the factory console.

I have a B & M Megashifter in a modified 78' TA console in my Monte.
I like the ratchet shifting with a full manual reverse valve body.
