Hello everyone. I have a noob question. Does any one know what the plastic hose is that’s connected to the air filter housing and the manifold?

the dryer vent looking tube? Thats for the heat riser on the exhaust manifold. funnels warm air into the air cleaner to help with cold/winter startups. Theres also little vacuum hoses, and a hose that is from the valve cover to the crank case filter inside the housing, it's a little white thing that clips on the side.

I think at the auto parts, they call it a 'pre-heater hose'.

it literally looks like a silver (or black) dryer vent tube, if that's the one you need. Can't miss it.
