my moroso air cleaner has a filter that measures 3 inchs by 13 3/4 inches is that considered a 14 inch air filter

I want to say no but would have to double-check. I have some 14s and some that are just a tad smaller that don't interchange, but I can't remember if they're 13.5....

are you measuring the element itself or the i.d of the lid/cleaner base? you can always bring it with you to the part store to compare.

13 3/4 is the outside diameter of the element

I bought an Ebay 14" air cleaner for my Regal and the original cheap element was 14 inches O.D. and fit snug but the rubber seals deteriorated after a year so I bought an Edelbrock element to replace it and that one measures 13 and 7/8 inches and has a slight amount of wiggle room.
