I know there is going to be pro's and con's to each however I want to hear them from you guys and not someone trying to sell something. I already have 2" drop spindles for the front and 3" drop springs for the back but I am completely redoing the car and don't want to change my mind about it after she's all back together. Please respect each others opinions, I don't want to have to read through a bunch of arguing to get to the info. Thanks.

How did you like the drop spindles?
IMO i know that a bagged cars can handle if Made to. I know of a video featuring an Audi a5 with a bagged suspension carving mountains. But then again it was an Audi.
But nothing handles like a good old coil over setup up front and good spring/shock combo out back. Especialy if you decide to race it. I think of bagged cars sitting at a parking lot and a "Hotchkis" suspension car at a track. Look up UMI suspension they have plenty of suspension parts for G bodys.

The parts are still in the boxes, I am just now about ready to pull the body off. I wanted some opinions before getting it all together and then wanting to change it. UMI is who I plan to get most of my other suspension parts from.

The purpose of the drop spindles is you can keep the stock suspension travel with lowering the front of the car. If you tried to use the springs to lower the car and the stock spring rate the car would be prone to bottom out on the bump stops. What I always wonder about drop spindles if you run the stock springs do the wheels ever hit the plastic wheel housing?

I ran drop spindles on my Cutlass with a heavy 455 for two years, and never once bottomed out on the plastic fender liners. Even with 15" wheels. I did however pancake the headers on more than one occasion.

I'm going to play devils advocate here to everyone else's opinions on air ride belonging on a parking lot cruiser and having no place on a performance car. Air suspension technology has come a long ways since its introduction to the aftermarket. There are plenty of serious performing cars tearing up road courses and tracks and autocrossing. There is simply NO difference in how well a car can handle on air vs conventional springs. The only difference is the adjustability in height on demand and ride quality.

The AccuAir air management system I'm using:

There's many others as well. Research it, and make your own decision.

Interesting reading and they sure have come a long way. I couldn't find anything price wise tho.
