I posted this in the malibu section. Im looking for an aluminium dash for my 79 malibu. I've seen some first gen camaros with them and I want to cause I hate my dash. Let me know Where or any pics of them.

Most aluminum dashes are custom made, I would contact a race shop in your area and see what they charge to make one. The other way is to buy a universal one that some race shops sell and make it yourself. I know you can get a fiberglass Monte Carlo dash available thru http://vfnfiberglass.com/site.htm they are $350.00 plus shipping I would assume.

I have never seen an aluminum Gbody dash and I cant imagine what the price would be for one. IMO fiberglass is the way to go if your looking to customize it.
There was a malibu on Craigslist with an aluminum dash for sale but I can not find the ad. I am sure it has been removed. It did have a pic though.
Im looking to do something unique. I don't like the malibu, cutlass, Monte dashes. I'm looking for something like a 67 or 70 malibu. That's Why I'm looking to go aluminium
