Lets not forget these little crap boxes. We had two at my old job when they first came out. They didnt last long.

Yeah, I dunno about that one. Friend had an absolutely rotten 2.2 turbo stick version rampage for a summer. That thing was a blast to drive. Traded it for a little mitsu turbo that was also a blast. Turned me on to the turdbo scene for sure

I thought the little Rampages were kinda cool. The last one I saw cruising around was pretty nice. Looked like it was all restored, too. There does seem to be a following for them.

I'd drive this one.
reminds me of something out of the first mad max movie... kinda like his wagon without the shell...

I like that little Chevy 500. I guess it's based on a Chevette. I saw it come up on my Hagerty mail.
first thing I thought of... had a couple shovitt's when I was younger... beat the things like leased mules, and they kept going...

I worked at a B/S in the first half of the 80s that we did most of the local Dodge dealers body work. I’m a GM guy but I thought the Rampages were cool as hell. Convert to rear wheel drive, dump a 340/727 in. As was I remember pulling one out on the street with the turbo, dead stop floor it count to 5 then the turbo kicks you in the *ss. Fun for the 80s.

Chevy LUV all the way my cousin had an orange one with a stick it was fun to rip around, been looking for one ever since
I forgot how cool the Chevy LUV pickups were. They're pretty hard to find today. I wouldn't mind owning one. The U of F had a fleet of them back in the day. They kept their vehicles for years. They also kept a few oddball vehicles...AMC Spirits, etc.

The LUV trucks were cool. They were common to V-8 swaps. Why you hardly see any now is that they were rust piles waiting to happen.

I kinda figured their demise was due to rust. Much like the Vegas' which were also notorious rust buckets. I guess the General was not intending for these vehicles to last for an extended duration.
