Well i completed my Rear Disk Conversion today.. bolted everything up.. fit like a glove! 🙂 THANK GOD!! was installing the axles back in my 7.5.. got the center pin in place, bolted the T/A cover on. and noticed that my passenger side axle sticks out MAYBE a 1/8th of a inch more then the drivers side..?? is this normal for one axle to stick out further then another??.. i double checked to make sure it was all the way in and the C-clip was in place; everything checked out fine.... is this normal and i just never noticed b4?.. ive been wrenching on cars for some time. but diff stuff i left for the professionals bec i never took the time to learn about measuring the shims and so on.. i really didnt change anything but but the housing ends that the caliper mounting bracket attached to.. am i just paranoid now?

It's likely just due to the shimming of the carrier bearings. They are supposed to be "relatively centered" but there are always manufacturing variances. Don't sweat it. No one but you will ever know about it. Once you bolt all your wheels back on, throw a tape on all 4 corners and I bet you'll find a bigger difference than that at the fender lips.
