This is another classic and I bet it will be a great seller depending on the price and availablity. It's so nice to see vehicles that have a personality from designers with pencils and paper instead of the point and click designs of today..

....and a government that is paid by peter to ignore paul is no government at all!

I missed the price but for what you get I don't think it's outrageous to those who can afford it. H1's are over 100 grand and I'd take this old Dodge before a Hummer. The Hummer In 2006, the suggested retail price was $129,399.00 for the open-top; the wagon was $140,796.00, H1 Alpha was priced at $150,975.00.

Awesome truck....but you cant compare it to a modern day Hummer....one is a work horse, the other is an inferiority complex remedy....and both are way over priced.

No, you are right that it isn't outrageous for the work involved. More power to them if they can sell them. It is cool looking, I can give it that. I just don't think you will see too many of them.

As for the H1...Having driven a few humvees when I was in the Air Force, I would never consider buying one even if I did have the money.

what isn't over priced theses days?... my son's beemer when new was over 100K, it's twin turbo and a nice car but it sure ain't worth that price...:|

Kick *ss truck, pricey yes, but try to build one yourself and see what you invest into it, not to mention would you have the time to do it, and make it right the first time. Not too bad for a custom imo. Kinda reminds me of this guy who rebuilds jeep grand wagoneers from the ground up, which also can be built to your specs in pretty much any aspect.

Not cheap by anymeans though.
