I got a Jeep shaft from a standard Cherokee, great condition, but when I lined it up with the splines in the box and the double D, the steering wheel took a 1/4 turn.
The car, 87 SS was just lined up, so the steering wheel was "level" before I made the switch and does not wander.
So, did I mess up and need the Grand Cherokee shaft?
