Clean it, keep it original to the car so the screw holes line up.

As mentioned, just put some elbow grease in and clean them up. It took me a bit to scrape it all out of mine, but it beat finding another set and doing the same thing. I also used 3M adhesive remover, plastic razor blades, scraping devices, etc.

The sealing strips that go between channel and body are available on ebay for cheap. Just search weatherstripping channel sealing strips.
