Is this a street car, strip car or a lil of both????
I dunno. It's tagged and insured. It is a strip car with a little bit of street in it. The dragstrip is a full hour from here and I don't own a trailer so......

So I got the Edelbrock bars and put them on. The hardest part was getting the old, rusty bushings out of the housing.

The car has a totally different feeling now, I even noticed it as I put it in reverse backing out of the garage. I definitely noticed it at the first red light. There is no squat, the car seems like it rises, or maybe it just stays level (which I am not used to).

At any rate, I will have to take it to the dragstrip to get some more 60' numbers. It still lights 'em up hard when I hit the loud pedal. Add slicks to the wishlist on Summit......

One more thing - UMI Performance guy was right - potential for MAJOR interference with exhaust (my exhaust dump at the axle so was not an issue for me personally)
