No, but have always wanted one. $40 is steep.

Was thinking of making a set of slide out cupholders to fit in this slot using pieces from either a Sentra or Camry of the early to mid 90's. As for the price, $40 is not too bad for a piece that is custom fitted to only a certain kind of car.

I mean in regards to my personal budget. I'm a dirt poor college kid. Probably having something to do with the engine I just bought....

I'm a dirt poor 35 year old who has recently returned to college, so I know how it feels. I am broke enough that I had to skip a semester to try and get up some money to fix stuff around the house. As bad as it may be being young, broke and in college, it if far more difficult when you get older and have responsibilities.

I am terribly glad I don't have responsibilities. This insomnia is killin me I think, though.

I'll tell you guys how it goes, just order me one along with some other goodies. Can't wait to see how it looks with all the other new interior!!

I made my own cupholder. I screwed a strap of metal to the pass. side seat bottom pan, centered over the transmission hump. Using leftover headliner material, I upholstered a plastic cup from the dollar store, and riveted an old computer hard drive magnet to the bottom. It moves with the passenger seat, and the magnet has yet to release its grip, even with my favorite stainless commuter mug and a tight corner taken way too fast. Total out-of-pocket expense was $1. But I must admit that the $40 store-bought one looks cool.

I have them in my Elky. They work great. Yes, the price is steep I agree but I refuse to drive around with a hot bev in my lap
