Lol, I guess sometimes having a bench with granny shift can be a good thing. I just bought one of those cheapo console/cup holder things from Canadian Tire. Fits nice and snug between the seat and the dash. If it were only red (instead of black), it would almost look like it's from the factory. Has 2 cup holders (that hold the biggest size slush) plus a couple other storage spaces.

But now come to think of it. The one I have is worth about $40 too. So maybe $40 for one designed to fit your car isn't such a bad price.

Hmmm, I use one of those extremely cheap ($2) ones from wal mart, you know the type that were around when these cars were new, lol. I have had it a bout 9 years now and it works just fine, of course the bucket seats help stabilize it. :wink:

Ya I'm about to install one of those cheapo cup holders I got from Walmart that have variable-size cup holders and slots for cds and change! Woohoo. I like to to keep it classy.

in my satty my center console has a cup holder with no bottom, so cans slip right through. and right under it is the control box for the auto seatbelts. they call it the"pepsi/coke modual" because it was common for people to spill there can of pop on it and it fries it, and the seatbelts dont go forward anymore. my solution was using a glow in the dark plastic mug i got for buying an amp from the on post car audio store and jamming the ebrake through the handle of the cup. so i have a cup for a cup holder. :lol:

It's pretty cool how they completely block the stereo... I'll keep holding my cups between my legs.

Commenting on what drogg said, LOL. i'm the same way, i've got barley enough money for new clothes/ food, but my car just got new rims and tires! and a sexy new holley 600CFM double pump street avenger :lol: , i've been without wheels for a few weeks new due to my widnshield/ ****ed tires ( PA has inspection laws, SC didn't) and i feel naked without my car lol.

I could use those!! Oh wait, I'm broke $2,300 for wheels and tires I can't run 'til spring and $750 for a stereo set up I need wire for... Cup holders will have to wait.

As for feeling naked with out a car mines been in the body shop all week... It's killin' me. It'll be done tomorow morning though!
