OK, folks, I think this is finally taken care of. At least I saw some hotmail messages finally getting accepted for delivery in my server logs.... I'll leave this message (and the big red notices) up for another day or so just to be sure, but so far so good. You might try setting your e-mail back to hotmail/etc. and see if you start getting notifications again.

Really ticked at my hosting co (Datashack) right now for not really dealing with this, once I found the right form to handle this (they don't exactly advertise it), hotmail took care of it real quick. Datashack was like, yeah, whatever... guys your networks' rep is getting trashed and you're not interested? ok, man. Time to move on, I think.

thanks, I put it back to my hotmail account. You'd think with this economy the hosting company would be more concerned and helpful.

I'm going to call this fixed. If you had to switch your account settings, its probably safe to put your hotmail etc. e-mail address back in there. At least until it happens again.

AND it looks like GBF is back on Hotmail's sh*t list.

Guys. This happens because people keep flagging routine notification e-mails as spam! That's how this happens! The forum software WILL send you messages when people reply to threads you've started or are participating in, when people start conversations with you, etc. This is how the system works. There is a setting in your profile to turn it off.

Now I have to futz around trying to get hotmail to take me back again. Stay tuned.
