My 79 cutlass calais that i bought and swapped in an olds 455 19 years ago. It now has a 6spd in front of an 8.5" rear with 3.42 posi. It stops with c5 front brakes and ls1 rear brakes. I daily this car all summer with a working a/c. My favorite part is the 120 mph speedo that i bought in 1988 and used in my first calais.

Sleepy MF'r right there. I love me some Aerobacks, but that might be my favorite of your cars.👍

This is my 82 Grand Prix with a 73 Pontiac 400 motor and a 4- speed trans.

Nice rides! I would love to know more about your 5 speed set ups and your clutch setups, hydraulic or manual. My car was 4 speed for a few years, broke a Saginaw and an M20 back when it was a 350 Olds, It has been a 455 now for about 10 years.

I can get you the lead for speedometer being recalibrated and re faced. The tach takes some extra work but same company will put new face on clock piece and you add the tach.
Good to know I'll message you to get the info
