I'm watching kids today, so the closest I can come to playing cars, is surfing car stuff. I found the Timken bearing exchange catalog.
1979-1988 G-bodies used a Timken SET 6 inner wheel bearing and either a SET 3 or SET 34 outer bearing.
SET 3 consists of an M12649 cup and an M12610 cone - bore 0.8437", diameter 2.24", width 0.69".
SET 34 consists of an LM12748F cup and an LM12710 cone - bore 0.8656", diameter 1.78", width 0.61".
1978 G-bodies use SET 6 inner and SET 2 outer wheel bearing
SET 2 consists of an LM11949 cup and an LM11910 cone - bore 0.75", diameter 1.78", width 0.61".
Since you have a 1979, I think you might be in luck. The spindles seem to be about the same between the 1979-1981 and the 1982-up. So, buy the rotor and get the wheel bearing from the same car. Get the later rotors with the metric studs, use the outer wheel bearings from the same model year as the rotors, and it looks like you will be there.
