I’ve installed the th400 cable bracket to the pan, ran the cable to the floor shifter, and I know I’ll have to weld on a bracket to the floor shift in order the cable something to attach to.
I’m just hoping someone else has done it and has pics to give me an idea of what works.
I’ve tried to find examples online, maybe there is, but I can’t find them.
I appreciate any help.

There used to be a local place (called Humprey Connector) that made and repaired cables, they would custom build one for just such the occasion. The also repaired and fabricated steering, shifter and throttle cables for boats, aircraft, and all sorts of things. Something like that would be my first try. Or a used or reproduction cable.
