Backspacing for new wheels

Some wheels only come with 4.5 back spacing. With a 4.5 back spacing will it hit the frame?

Yes. Even 4.25 is too much.
 
Thanks for the reply Blake. I herd alum drums help push the tire out a bit anyone no how much? Are wheel sapacers safe to use?
