i have to admit i was one of thos kids that would "collect" hood ordamints and crome tire valve covers. i always had a multi tool on me to clip them off. if i saw my self 15 years ago i kick my *ss.

Probably just some dumb kids. I used to snag hood ornaments ( ususally mercedes, bmw, stuff like that) and "chromies" as we called them back in the day. I was a little sh*t. Check the junk yards or watch for someone on here parting a car out.

not sure if its worse then someone prying your windows back and lifing the locks so they can steal your cd player and your radar detector in plain sight.
