Actually what I was saying was since these are yet to be named offshore heads if they came with 3/8" studs they might not have enough reinforcement around the stud area to go larger depending on the design of the casting, just like cutting deeper spring pockets not all heads accept additional machine work in these areas. I would at least verify with the manufacturer.

found the name being proheaders and they are actually pre tapped and drilled for 7/16 i didnt want to open up any of my arp packages so i didnt even think of just screwing one in the rocker stud hole lol but yeah i guess that saves me one step
 
1200 for the block to be turned into a 383 and blueprinted no assembly included which leave the fun in my hands, 400 for the heads to be done and assembled. 1600 total
