Brake cleaner works for me. But don't use it near a car you care about. I don't mind bees. Wasps are the problem where I live. Little kunts.

Here's a funny discussion; I had never heard of Dawn dish soap as bee killer

I learned about this not to long ago. Bee keepers use dish washing liquid to kill entire hives. The key is that the soap is a grease cutting formula.

I agree with MrSony. Honey bees, bumble bees and other pollinators are fine. I've had a bumble bee hive right in our garden. They never bothered us. My wife got lit up huge when she disturbed a well established yellow jacket hive next to the garden though. Gasoline works most excellent but it was in the building too. Big nest. Had exterminator take that one.

Windex works very well for the pesty ones hanging around your deck.

I like that the Rainbow is dielectric- no fires. It does burn your eyes like hell, though. I swear I had my goggles on! It's some mean stuff- knock out of mid flight and they twitching on the ground. $5/can isn't hateful, either.
I don't generally mess with Honey Bees, I get it. I'm talking about the swarming, evil mf'ers.

We use spectracide at work.
Ive noticed the foam kinds work better on wasp/hornets. Bees dont sting us very often. Ive never been stung by a bee so ill let them live. I kill wasps on site. If you spray it on your house wash it off dont let it dry itll stain. Most of them will even if it says it wont.

Instant death with carb clean and a lighter.

I watched my friends mom do that as a teenager during a BBQ at their house. She is absolutely one of the sweetest woman I have ever known but unbeknownst if she sees a bee you better get the F out of her way. That particular night she set the patio umbrella on fire. On another occasion she used a propane torch and started a small fire on their wooden deck. I am sure there are others. She was totally fine with it. Mrs Barnes, wherever you are I am sure there are no bees ROFL
