If it is a split bench, the brackets will all be there from the factory. If it is a single bench, you will need to add the center 4 brackets. In any case, you will need the corresponding console brackets too. I needed to replace one of mine due to rust and drilled out the 12 spot welds with a cordless drill in order to pull it. A cordless Sawzall would also do the trick if you can drill a hole to start it with. Then it is simply a matter of removing excess metal ( If you cut the floor to take them) with an angle grinder and welding them to the floor using either a wire feed (MIG) welder or a TIG welder. Use the seat with the tracks attached to obtain positioning then take a marker and make alignment lines to position the brackets. Remove the seat before welding and tack the brackets in. test fit, then plug weld them in place. Wire brush any burnt paint away then prime with a zinc primer. Paint it with some Rustoleum and you are done! Don't forget to paint the underside of the pan too as the heat will destroy the paint underneath it. Also, if you have undercoating, be careful that you have a hose or fire extinguisher nearby so you don't start a fire you can't put out. Also remember to cover your glass well so that it doesn't get pitted from welding sparks.....don't ask me how I know... You also want to remove your interior panels and cover the dash up too. Anything that can get damaged by welding will get damaged by welding if you fail to take the appropriate steps to safeguard these parts.
