Just like the title says, what's the biggest valves that can be ran on a standard bore 350 chev? Looking at the Afr 210cc heads for the ZZ4 and before I order them it would be nice to know they will work thanks.

The head are suppose to work but with 2.08 valves I'd wondering about shrouding them. What is your plans for the engine? If you are just changing heads your going
to hurt your performance.

I plan on running comp cam camshaft 08-602-8 with LS7 lifters which are good for 7 grand. Afr heads and Super Vivtor jr intake and Holley 770 carb. I know the 210cc heads may hurt my low end but at 1/8th mile track I should have plenty of power at around 6,500 rpms. I have a turbo 350 trans with 3.42 gears and with the stock ZZ4 I was running out of power before I crossed the finish line.

That cam is all in by 6000 rpm. You should have been set up pretty good for the 1/4 mi, I'm guessing you ran a 12.30 around 110 mph @ 53 - 5400 rpm on 26 tall tires.

Did some research and found out the Fast burn GM heads have 210cc intake runners. Thinking some AFR 210cc heads and a Mutha thumpa comp cam will wake up the ZZ4.

The vortecs use velocity and controlled flow to outflow heads with bigger valves at all lifts.
