it does do something, it makes your life easier and saves lots of time...and if you don't pan on using it on other projects you can sell it or rent it out like a friend of mine use to do

I could see spending $50 or $100 on such an item, but not $450.

Just think of all the cool stuff you could do with that fake engine though. Put valve covers and an oil pan on it and carry it around to pick up chicks! Or make a badass coffee table or something out of it. Sorry im derailing this thread :lol:

I was thinking more along the lines of a mailbox like in hurst1979olds' avatar pic :lol: Next time I have $450 I don't know what to do with, I'm gonna make a kick-*ss mailbox!
