Body hole plug help needed

Hello everyone

I am in the process of restoring a 1981 Malibu sedan and have run into a problem. I am missing the plastic hole plugs that go in the large round holes in the a pillar in the door jamb for each front door. I've been googling every chance I can get and can't find anything to use as a replacement. I bought an assortment kit that had 2.5" and 3" hole plugs but it seems to be about a 2.75" hole but i cant get in to measure the actual hole. Has anyone ever had to replace these plugs?

Try E bay or Original Parts Group. E bay is probably cheaper, but you may get the wrong size. I don't know the technical name for them. Hope this helps.
