While walking through Pick-N-Pull today, I saw a Chrysler 300M with its core support unbolted and bent up at an angle. It was as if fate were screaming at me, "you need to buy this dual radiator fan setup!" Not wanting to piss off Fate, I decided to go for it. With my prize in hand, I headed to the checkout... and $25 later, I was out the door.

Once back home, I took a careful look at what I had. This is the 300M setup, as both fans are very low profile. Each fan motor has three wires coming off it in an individual harness. However, these two harnesses then merge inside a thick, heavy wrapping. At the other end of the wrapping, there are now just four wires. They go through a single connector, and then on into the car's harness. (Yes, when I removed the fan I made sure to get this entire connector as well as a chunk of wire on the car side of the plug.)

Now I'm ready to test the fan. Sadly, my Google Fu is lacking: I cannot find a wiring diagram online for this 4-way connector. I have a green wire, a yellow wire, and two black wires. Can anyone tell me which wire is which? And if you're running the 300M setup and want to give details about how you wired them in, that would be helpful, too. (Bonus points if your setup uses less than 3 relays.)

TIA

On the Fan with Relays, the Yellow wire is +12V and Left Fan, the Green wire is 12V+ for Right fan, the Blue/blk wire is ground for the right fan, and the black wire is ground... to energize the relays and run the left fan. Both wires are black on the chassis side of the plug but on the relay fans they are Blue/blk and black on the fan side of the plug.

on the relay fans, the right fan won't run unless the left fan is running (and energizing the right fan relay).

At the fans, the red and green are +, the Black/grey are ground to make them spin the right direction.
