Brake issue on 78 Cutlass

is everything in it's place in the back brakes and are they adjusted?...
Yep...new hardware/shoes/drum.....adjuster set to light drag....(i dont touch my e-brake...its siezed.)...i can hear cylinders work during bleeding...and drums stop cold. As far as i know, my rears are working right...
 
if you heard the wheel cylinders working then the proportional valve is set. Maybe it is the booster cause it sounds like you have covered everything...

I'm hoping so....wanted wisdom and experience to ensure i wasnt missing something obvious....
